Welcome to the living word of God in genesis chapter 39 verse 21 it reads but the lord was with Joseph and showed him mercy and he gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison and the keeper of the prison committed to Joseph and all the prisoners who were in the prison whatever they did there it was his doing I tell you brothers and sisters what an amazing story a man who was straight naked thrown into a well by his own brothers sold by his brothers a man who was falsely accused by the master’s wife and thrown into the prison but remember for his sake God blessed them
those who troubled him for his sake God blessed them
I tell you for the sake of Jesus God have blessed us even though we have sent Jesus to the cross oh Joseph’s for Joseph’s sake God bless the house of Potiphar but though for no fault of his he was thrown into the prison but verse 21 says but the lord was with Joseph and showed him mercy and he gave him favor in the sight of the deeper brothers and sisters remember this if you and I are only faithful to God if you and I only allow God to be with us I tell you just like how God was with Joseph in the prison God will be with us wherever we are just like how God showed mercy to Joseph God will show us mercy and just like how he made him find favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison I tell you if we allow God to be with us if we are honest if we are faithful in our dealings and discharging of our responsibilities God will make us find favor in the sight of the keepers of the prison our supervisors our employers I tell you brothers and sisters is God with us is God with you.
