Acts 5:17

Welcome to the living word of God in acts chapter 5 verse 17 onward if we read then the high priest rose up and all those who were with him and they were filled with indignation and they laid their hands on their posters and put them in the in the command prison I tell you brothers and sisters when you work for God when you preach the gospel when you do good things the bad guys the ones who are working with Satan will be so angry will be so disturbed they will not be able to sleep they will plan and think of how to destroy you like the priests and the elders of the Israelites the colliders of your community may be against you the leaders of the so-called church may be against you because you are doing the work of God they got them and put them in prison but I tell you when you are God with God who can be against you when you are with God who can do all great things who can just pick and the heavens and the earth were made what is so hard for him to release you from the prison the apostles were put in the prison but in the night God brought them out of the prison out of the locked prison the guard did not know I tell you brothers and sisters when you are with God nobody can be against you when you are with God you can never be on the losing side you will always be victorious and I tell you in verse 28 the priest and the scribe and the Sadducees and the elders told the apostles did we not strictly command you not to teach in this name Jesus yes brothers and sisters they may try to shut you up but God’s word can never be shut up and look you have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine the name of Jesus I tell you brothers and sisters they will try to lock you up but the more they lock you up the more it will spread what a glorious thing it is the more they try to contain them the more it spread and Jerusalem was filled with the doctrine in the name of Jesus if we only let God be with us this world will be filled with the doctrine and the name of Jesus may that be our prayer . Amen
