Acts 21

Welcome to The Living Word of God in Acts chapter 21 Paul was on his way to Jerusalem and there was a warning a prediction by a Cabos that Paul would be arrested and handed over for trial and the brethren pleaded with Paul crying and weeping not to go up to Jerusalem

then Paul said in verse 13. then Paul answered what do you mean by weeping and breaking my heart for I am ready not only to be bound but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus

so when he would not be persuaded we seized saying the will of the Lord be done o brothers and sisters Jesus never promised us that by choosing to follow him by choosing to serve him by choosing to work in his Vineyard life will be a bed of roses and that there will be no trouble in fact Jesus said even your own family will rise up against you so when Paul was predicted that he would be arrested and bound and be given for judgment Paul said why do You Weep why do you try to persuade me not to go because I am even ready to be bound and also ready to die for the name of the Lord Jesus What About Us Jesus gave his life for us on the cross of Calvary shed his blood were the crown of thorns and died that shameful dead on the cross just to pay the price for our sin and when we go through troubles and trials do we question God or do we end there with how they said with Paul the will of the Lord be done let us learn to surrender to God let your will be done like Jesus how he prayed and get someone here please take this cup away from me but if not let thine will be done may that be our prayer always Lord let thy will be done and if we learn to surrender the God let thy will be done as Romans chapter 8 verse 28 says all things happen for good to those who believe in the Lord let us be willing to work and die for the name of Jesus and let the will of the Lord be done in our life Amen
