Welcome to the living word of God in genesis chapter 29 now you find Jacob have labored for seven years because he loved Rachel but at the end of the seventh year when the time came for marriage and he woke up in the morning he found that he had been deceived and cheated by his father-in-law 11. the lesson here brothers and sisters is now the deceiver is deceived
the lesson brothers and sisters is how long do you and i think we can deceive others time will come because it is said what goes around comes around
and here he’ll love Rachel but he gets Leah what is your love today
brothers and sisters if you deceive others time will come when you will be deceived of what you love the most
remember this that the deceiver Jacob is now deceived and he is angry and he is upset
why should he be when he had deceived his own father his own brother how can he ever forget that he had deceived him and now that he is deceived he goes to his father-in-law and said why did you deceive me and so he is asked to labor again and wait brothers and sisters the story goes on to say that eventually he gets the one that he loved Rachel but when he got Rachel he finds that Rachel did not conceive a child it is only Leah who was conceiving a child and Leah could see that she is not loved and Rachel is loved and so Leah pleaded God and God opened the womb and she was blessed with the son and Leah said oh Leah said in verse 32 she said the lord has surely looked on my affliction now therefore my husband will love me the lord knows your affliction brothers and sisters he will answer your prayers only come to the lord in faith.
