Welcome to The Living Word of God in Acts chapter 17. because Paul and Silas and the Brethren were troubled by this unbelieving Jewish people Paul and Silas from verse 10 went from Thessalonica to Berea and the Bible says in verse 10 when they arrived they went into Seneca of the Jewish oh brothers and sisters Paul and Silas was never afraid and tired of preaching and sharing the word of God in verse 11 this were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica in that they received the word with all Readiness and searched the Scriptures Daily to find out whether these things were so the Jewish people and the people in Berea where ready to receive the word of God they were fair-minded
and so they searched the scripture daily daily brothers and sisters What About Us are we ready to receive the word of God are we fair-minded and are we searching the scriptures what are we doing as Christians we claim to be Christians but what are we doing is our scripture the word of God in the Shelf collecting dust do we ever pull out the Bible unless and until we go to the church today many of us don’t even carry the Bible to the church claiming that our gadgets have Bible and we do we spend time in prayer but the people of varia were fair-minded and they receive the word of God with readiness and then they searched the scriptures and verse 12 said therefore many of them believed in the word of God brothers and sisters led us as followers of Christ be fair-minded let us be ready to receive the word of God and let us search the scripture for Jesus said search he the scripture for you think in them you find life but when the people of Thessalonica found out that they were there in barrier they came and troubled them again o brothers and sisters Satan and his followers are never far away from you they will trouble you but let not your faith be shaken let your faith be founded in the true Rock of Ages Jesus Christ amen
