Welcome to The Living Word of God in Acts chapter 17 verse 16 on word now Paul and Silas went to Athens and as they walk around the city they found that the people of Athens were godly people they were philosophers they were learned people and they loved to debate about God so when they began to preach people wanted to know what does this Bible want to say he seemed to Proclaim a foreign God
about Jesus and his resurrection people were curious about what Paul and Silas were doing oh brothers and sisters when others see us our life and what we live do they become curious of Who We Are when you don’t eat and drink something because the Bible says no do people become curious why and so they came to talk to Paul and Silas and so in verse 22 it says man of Athens I have perceived that in all things you are very religious for as I was passing through and considering the object of your worship I even found an altar with an inscription to the unknown God and Paul took that as an advantage of entry into the City and he said I preach to you this unknown God a God in verse 24 who made the world and everything in it since he is Lord of Heaven and Earth does not dwell in temples made with hands O brothers and sisters our God is the creator of all things nothing came into existence by chance an accident God created when his infinite wisdom for a purpose and in verse 28 Paul went on to say for in him we live and move and have our being as also some of your own poets have said for we are also his offspring o brothers and sisters we live and we move and we have our being in God Jesus Christ
I tell you brothers and sisters God is the creator of all things God is The Giver of all perfect gift and it comes down from heaven we are his offspring and we leave and we move and we have our being in Jesus Christ Our God may God bless us amen
