Welcome to The Living Word of God in Acts chapter 18 verse 24 on word it reads now a certain Jew named Apollos born at Alexandria an eloquent man and mighty in the scriptures came to Ephesus verse 25 this man had been instructed in the way of the Lord and being fervent in spirit he spoke and taught accurately the things of the Lord though he knew only the baptism of John there was a man in the city of Ephesus by the name Apollos
what kind of a man was he he was an eloquent man and mighty in the scripture brothers and sisters are we Mighty in the scripture today do you want to be a mighty person in the scripture today read the word of God spend time in prayer may you be filled with the spirit and when the spirit is in you you can do great things for the Lord you will be a mighty man like Apollos he was a mighty man an eloquent man of the scripture why it says the Bible says in verse 25 this man had been instructed in the Lord what about us today is the spirit teaching and instructing Us and how are we following this Spirit and the scripture as it should be and being fervent in the spirit he spoke and taught accurately oh brothers and sisters are we filled with the spirit today that we speak and teach accurately the things of the Lord do we read the Bible and teach according to the scripture according to the revelation of the spirit in the scripture or do we reason and use our logic and even though we see things in the scripture we teach according to our logic Apollos was filled with the spirit and taught accurately according to the scripture according to the things of the Lord though he knew only o brothers and sisters we are not perfect we don’t have to struggle to know everything to begin to teach and preach what we know and what the spirit has revealed to us let us preach and teach and leave and share with the world that Jesus is Christ the Risen Lord and the coming King Amen
