Welcome to the living word of God in genesis chapter 30 now you know this story that Jacob wants to go Laban wants him to stay
Why because Jacob was so faithful to his assigned responsibilities and because of his Faithfulness God blessed Laban and his
family and I tell you brothers and sisters when Laban requested Jacob he agreed to stay he agreed to stay brothers and sisters are you working somewhere are you assigned some responsibilities and when you wish to leave that place of work or that responsibility are you told please continue because of your faithfulness have you been faithful to your responsibilities have you discharged your responsibilities so faithful brothers and sisters that your organization your church your institution your family your neighborhood has been blessed because of your faithfulness and I tell you when Jacob continued to labor for 11 after that God blessed him reward him with all kinds of material things especially the animals his animals were more healthy than the animals of Laban he had more than Laban I tell you brothers and sisters if we are faithful with our responsibilities you don’t know how God would bless you but he would bless you and bless you and bless you not only you your organization or the place where you are working will be blessed because of you but you will be blessed more don’t you ever think why do I get this responsibility it is too small too little why should I do this why so much to me keep in mind they give you that responsibility because they have faith in you they give you that reassignment because they know you can do it and if you accept it and do it faithfully God will help you to be successful he will bless you with success he will bless your organization with success because of you let us all work faithfully like Jacob that God would bless us for our faithfulness.
